Upper East Side Gallery Night
Join Lincoln Glenn for the inaugural Upper East Side Gallery Night, celebrating the start of New York’s fall art season with a day and evening of exhibitions and conversation throughout the neighborhood.
Taking place alongside the opening of Independent 20th Century at the Breuer Building and The Armory Show at the Javits Center, over twenty-one galleries will be open with extended hours until 9 p.m., inviting collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts to explore the Upper East Side after the day’s fair activities. The evening offers visitors an opportunity to continue their art week uptown and experience the neighborhood’s distinctive gallery community.
Bringing together established and emerging spaces, Upper East Side Gallery Night will showcase programs spanning modern, postwar, and contemporary art. The event highlights the breadth and vitality of the Upper East Side’s gallery district while creating an evening for audiences to discover exhibitions across the neighborhood in an informal, accessible setting.
